Taylor Swift was groped by DJ - she is 'certain' this time and will prove it in court
There has been some news about Taylor Swift being groped by a DJ at Colorado. The pop star confessed about the whole incident claiming it to be "absolutely certain".

Swift, who is 27, is quite certain about the incident accusing broadcaster David Mueller of slipping his hands under her dress. Reports also claim that the singer had been groped in an offensive way while they posed together. This had taken place in one of the concerts in 2013.

Talking to reporters her lawyer clarified this in his opening statement at Denver in the court. He said that Mr Mueller "grabbed her rear end".

Though, back in 2015, Mueller sued the singer saying that it was a false allegation made by Swift.

Now, the controversy has again turned its head on as Swift retaliated after a month clarifying the act to be an assault. A photograph was shown to the jury at a meeting in a VIP room on June 2, 2013. The image shows Mueller and his then girlfriend, Shannon Melcher, along with Swift standing in the middle between the two. The picture shows smiling faces of all of them and Mueller's right hand behind Swift.

To this, David McFarland, who is Mueller's lawyer explained that his client's hand "is not underneath Miss Swift's skirt, and her skirt is not rumpled in any fashion".

According to reports, "David Mueller unequivocally denies he touched her inappropriately in anyway,"

"Falsely accusing someone of inappropriate touching is equally offensive, equally wrong and should not be tolerated."

McFarland debated on this claiming his client to be innocent.

Swift's attorney, Douglous Baldridge also shed light on Mueller's vacillating statements. He said that Mueller had given seven accounts of the incident that took place at the concert.

Swift has sued Mueller for an amount of $1. She had appeared in the court with her mother. She was also present at the jury selection on Monday.

Now, Swift has a huge fan following, the "swifties" as her fans are popularly known were equally concerned about the development. They waited eagerly for the singer outside the court to get a glimpse of her.
