Daboo Ratnani says Akshay Kumar has perfect comic timing; Khiladi Kumar would soon be seen judging a comedy show
Sources say that Daboo Ratnani, who is quite popular with his annual calendar shoot which features Bollywood faces will be seen in one of the episodes of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. And the super judge will be none other than Akshay Kumar.

Akshay turned 50 on the 9th of September. Daboo Ratnani says he is one of the best actors with an impeccable comic timing. Audience will have the sheer joy of seeing Akhay on TV as a super judge on the upcoming reality show, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.

Akshay had earlier played host in Khatron Ke Khiladi. The show had all the comic mirth which only Akshay could have radiated with his immaculate comic sense. Ratnani will be present on the sets during one of the episodes, where he will be clicking the different moods and spirits of the contestants, mentors and Akshay.

Ratnani, who is an ace photographer with his popular annual calendars featuring favourite Bollywood faces said, "I am delighted to be a part of a Star TV show. I am also extremely excited because it is with my dear friend Akshay Kumar. I think he is one of the best comedic actors India has, his sense of comic timing is impeccable.

Akshay Kumar has been a certified Marshall Arts trainer with a black belt in Taekwondo but this multi-talented star has a matchless comic zest which was recognised by industry big wigs. He was acknowledged by audience in his comic roles in movies like Garam Masala, Hera Pheri and Housefull.

"We go a long way back and he is like my family. He has a commendable understanding of photography. Our all shoots together since the last two decades have been unique and exemplary. He's a delight to work with every single time and is a very warm person at heart," told Ratnani.

The great Indian Laughter Challenge was the first stand-up comedy show on Indian television. Sources claim that the show is supposed to come back on Star Plus by September end, and superstar Akshay Kumar would sprinkle comedy dose as a judge. Yes, the audience is eagerly waiting for Akshay to grab the hot seat and bring the laughter back!
